USUK: Dr. Hero and Patient Iggy. Written for Arkham-Insanity's hospital AU Neinescape.
I
I
It was a little dark where Arthur was, but that was alright. The white sheet could be seen through enough to know when the coat was clear. Problem was he kept almost being revealed by one of his friends. He loved them most days, but they more often got him into trouble. He appreciated being let out of his restrains. His lime-green bunny with wings kept peeking out from under the sheet, causing him to grab its fluffy tail.

"Stop that, Godfried! You're going to get us caught!" He whispered harshly. But Alice tugged on the patient's ear. He looked back to the glowing fairy in dismay. "What is it?" He asked. He then heard the click of a door opening, and he glanced towards it. He was cramped huddling under the hospital gurney and everything was fuzzy through the sheet, but he recognized the voice that went with the legs stepping out of the room.

"No no, I'll come right down. He couldn't have gotten far, right?" Dr. Hero said. The stocking-clad legs of a nurse followed him out, and another familiar voice spoke up.

"I'm so sorry; I only took my eyes off of him for a second! I had no idea he'd gotten out of his restraints again, I don't know how he keeps doing it!" Ah, nurse Rue. He was a nice boy, but he was a little naïve. The doctor and nurse headed off down the hall in a hurry, and Arthur smiled. The door was slipping closed though, and he lunged out from under the gurney to stick his arm out.

"Ach, bloody 'ell that hurt…" He growled as it closed on his arm. Still he scrambled to stand, slipping into the pharmacy and closing the door behind him. It locked automatically and only a key could open it from the outside. Once he was inside he gave his friends the thumbs up. Moving for the long and tall shelves of medicine, he began to sift through them quickly. "Help me, guys!" He called to his friends. The two fanciful creatures also began looking through the shelves of medication, all of them grabbing up bottles and dropping them to the floor in a hurry. Soon the floor was littered with pill bottles, clattering as they hit the ground. A few burst open, spewing out the brightly colored or white pills over the floor.

"Resperidone, Resperidone…" Arthur muttered as he went along.

"Found it!" Alice chirped, pointing frantically at a bottle of pills. Arthur came over quickly.

"Thank you Alice!" He cheered, grabbing the bottle. In fact, he grabbed all ten of them. Hurrying over to the trash, he dropped them all onto the counter next to it. Picking up the first bottle, he snapped off the lid and emptied it into the trash. "Down the hole you go, wicked poison, how you haunt me so!" The next bottle followed as Arthur continued to sing, Alice and Godfried cheering him on. "A pill for this a spoonful of that, out of my mouth it all will be spat!" The first six bottles went easily, but the lid of the seventh stuck. Arthur frowned, biting and chewing at the lid. It slipped suddenly and he winced.

"This is bollocks!" The English mental patient cursed. Alice flittered down to pull at the lid and Godfried joined her, but they both could not get it open. Arthur waved his hand at them. "Move move, let me try again!" This time he held the bottle close to his body, twisting at the lid with all of his might. The click of the door being unlocked went unnoticed, because it happened just as the bottle burst open. Pills went flying everywhere, and Arthur fell back into the shelves of medicine. The shelving shook and many bottles clattered to the ground. "Ah-ha! We did it Alice, Godfried!" He cried in victory.

"Iggy!*" Dr. Hero cried in shock. Arthur froze, turning wide green eyes on Alfred.

"You're too late!" Arthur called out, diving for the rest of the Resperidone pills. "You won't make my friends go away again!" With one sweep of his arm the rest of the bottles fell into the trash. Thankfully for Dr. Hero the pharmacist those bottles were still closed, but it didn't make his expression any less angry.

"That's quite enough!" Dr. Hero chastised, striding forward. But Arthur was grinning proudly, crossing his arms.

"Oh please, all you can do is take me back to the…" He was stopped when the doctor grabbed his arm, nearly tripping as he was pulled towards the back of the big office. "H-hey, where are we going? Where's nurse Rue?"

"I sent him to get another straight jacket." Dr. Hero explained, stopping at his desk. Before Arthur could ask any more questions, Alfred sat down and pulled the unwilling patient over his lap. With one yank he had Arthur's pants down over his backside, along with his boxers. Patients in the mental ward wore scrub-like clothing with elastic bands instead of ties around the waist because nothing with strings was allowed in the ward. A patient might harm themselves with them!

"How dare you!" Arthur screeched in indignation, reaching back to try and cover himself. Dr. Hero seized that wrist quickly, holding it behind the patient's back to keep him in place.

"Oh no you don't! I've had enough from you Iggy! You're always escaping and causing all kinds of trouble, but this time you've gone too far! Patients need their medication, and now it will take me hours to get this mess cleaned up! Not to mention you wasted money by dumping some of those pills!" Smack! The first slap came down heavily, and Arthur gave a cry of shock.

"S-stop! L-let me go!" Arthur kicked and wiggled, but he couldn't get off of that lap. Smack, smack! The next two swats fell on that pale bottom, each one leaving a pink handprint. Dr. Hero was ridiculously strong… "Ow! A-alright, alright I'm sorry!"

"Not this time!" Dr. Hero responded. Smack, smack, smack!

"Alice, Godfried, help me!" Arthur cried. But it seems his friends had run away when Dr. Hero had come in to the office. Smack-smack, smack-smack! "Oooww, bloody cowards!"

"You're talking to thin air Iggy! This is why you have to take your medicine!" Smack, smack, smack! The sound of those slaps seemed so loud, and Arthur's face was bright red in embarrassment.

"No, I won't!" Arthur growled. But at two more slaps his backside was turning a nice dark pink, and the patient was losing his stubborn will. Five more swats and he broke. "Stop! Ow! Stop already, I won't do it again! I'm sorry!" He pleaded with tears at the corners of his eyes. Dr. Hero's hand stopped in mid air, glancing down to the patients face instead of his backside. Arthur's face was as red as his punished cheeks there, and he gave a heavy sigh.

"Alright. But you'd better mean it this time!" He scolded.

"I do, I do!" At least, he wouldn't get caught like this again! Dr. Hero let him up, and Arthur scrambled to stand. He pulled up his pants, rubbing at his butt with a whine of complaint. "Bloody brute, you never did know your own strength." He muttered.

"Hey, I can give you some more you know."

"No no, I've had quite enough!" Arthur assured him, backing away as he kept his hands on his backside protectively.

"Good!" Dr. Hero stood up as well, taking hold of Arthur's arm again. He led him towards the door, carefully avoiding the bottles strewn across the floor as not to trip. When he opened the door to the hall, nurse Rue jumped. He'd been standing outside waiting, and unfortunately he'd heard through the window. His face was bright red, and he only held up the straight jacket.

"I-I brought the jacket. A-and a wheelchair too!" Toris stuttered nervously, and Dr. Hero smiled brightly.

"Thank you nurse Rue!" He said cheerily, taking the jacket. He turned towards Arthur, but the patient glared. Dr. Hero gave it a shake, buckles jingling. "Should we go back inside the office?" At that Arthur's eyes widened a little, and he slid his hands into the sleeves. Dr. Hero moved around behind the patient to buckle him in. He guided him to the chair next, sitting him down. Arthur hissed as his sore backside touched the seat, but he was unwilling to stand up again. "He's all yours Rue! Try and keep him in your ward this time, yeah? And make sure he's taking his pills… He's talking to thin air again."

"Y-yes, doctor!" Nurse Rue nodded.

"Hurry up!" Arthur grumbled, wiggling a little in his seat.

"Take it nice and slow. I think he needs to sit and think on what he's done." Dr. Hero countered. Nurse Rue liked to do what patients asked if it wasn't a bother, but he'd listen to a doctor over one.

"Yes doctor." Nurse Rue nodded again.

"Bloody twit." Arthur muttered, glaring over his shoulder at Dr. Hero as he was wheeled away. Dr. Hero only gave his winning smile, waving goodbye.
*I use Iggy here instead of Arthur because in Neinescape Arthur is known as patient Iggy. Everyone has nicknames.
Resperidone = Antipsychotic pill which also acts as a mild tranquilizer. (Believe me... I know from experience.)
Dr. Hero = Alfred/America, the pharmacist of Neinescape.
Nurse Rue = Toris/Lithuania (My nickname, played by me XD ), a nurse in the psych ward under Dr. Kolkol/Russia.

This is my half of an "art trade" with :iconarkham-insanity:! She created the AU :iconneinescape:!

I guess this makes up for all the times Arthur, (Iggy) spanked Alfred, (Dr. Hero) with his slipper and cane.

Are there any side effects with Resperidone?
